Integrated anti-collision and worker protection system — patented and manufactured by AME. Designed for warehouses, logistics hubs and industrial sites where visibility matters.
The solution is made up of just 2 devices that are connected via Bluetooth or just a cable, which are easy to install on forklifts, excavators, overhead cranes, AGVs, and any type of machinery. The presence and position of a pedestrian worker wearing a TAG that is in a hazardous situation compared to the position of a vehicle or machinery is displayed and signalled in real time on the tablet.

STANDARD mode

The system detects and displays in real time on the tablet the presence and precise position of any potential danger by means of alerts and according to pre-set detection areas:

  •  Yellow Pre-waning and Red Warning areas for operators
  •  Grey Pre-warning and White Warning areas for vehicles

Shape of detection ranges (made of up to 6 sides) and their dimension can be easily adjusted directly on screen.

ADAPTIVE mode

The system detects and records every single event and automatically assesses its LEVEL OF RISK, alerting the driver only when the risk exceeds the set threshold.
AMESPHERE algorithm calculates the actual level of risk in
real time according to:

  •  Automatically, the speed at which a TAG moves towards or away from the vehicle.
  •  Configurable parameters, i.e. reaction time and minimum safety distance.

LPS evaluates actual trajectories and speed of any TAG or
other systems near-by simultaneously

The ALL-IN-ONE solution for small vehicles

AMESPHERE ONE

This anti-collision system is made for smaller vehicles. It uses a sensor to detect pedestrian workers wearing tags and warns the driver with LED lights if a collision is likely. You can easily configure the system through an app, setting up the detection areas and changing the shape (rectangular, elliptical, or circular) and range.
